Mr. Anthony Farrell is currently a Director of C.E.P. Limited (formerly Consulting Engineers Partnership.)
Mr. Anthony Farrell is an old boy of Queen’s Royal College. He attended U.W.I, St. Augustine and was amongst the first set of U.W.I graduating class in Engineering in the year 1965. (Prior to that there was a University of London degree).
Upon Graduating from University he was employed for 15 months with the Ministry of Works in Trinidad in the capacity of Junior Engineer. Mr. Farrell first joined Consulting Engineers Partnership, Trinidad office (formerly David Key & Partners) in the year 1966. He was employed as an Assistant Engineer in Trinidad but was immediately seconded to Consulting Engineers Partnership Barbados office (formerly David Key & Partners).
In 1969 Mr. Farrell travelled to England to pursue a M.Sc., course in Structures at Leeds University. This was completed with distinction.
In 1971 Mr. Farrell moved to Dominica where he was placed in charge of the Dominica office of Consulting Engineers Partnership. He became an associate of the firm in 1972 and a full partner in 1973. Mr. Farrell returned to Trinidad in 1974 to rejoin C.E.P Limited.
During his career he has carried direct design responsibility of several major structures.

He is a past president (2002) of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad & Tobago (APETT) and was the Chairman of Caribbean Division of the Institution of Structural Engineers, (IStructE), 2007 through 2009.
He has worked on many and varied structural projects including Bridges, Marine Structures and Tall buildings.
