Cynthia Gloria Hayes is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in General Management with specialization in Project Management, from Henley Management College, London.
Cynthia has also earned the post-graduate diploma in general management (Henley), the professional certification as an International Business Administrator with the Institute of Administrative Management, London, and certification in Management from the University of the West Indies.
Cynthia has worked in a project-based-environment for thirty-one (31) years; her experience spans the field of Administrative Management, Human Resource Management, and Project Management and Contract Administration in the Construction Industry.
She has successfully establish and is presently managing the enterprise-wide project management office supported by project management procedures manuals, administration manuals, templates and methodologies that lend project management support and administration control to the ENDECO/WREP GROUP.
Cynthia was elected in January 2010 to serve for a two-year term as the President of the Project Management Institute Southern Caribbean Chapter (PMI SCC). She served for four years as the Vice President Education & Certification with responsibility for managing the PMI credential examinations throughout the Caribbean. She served on the Convention Committee in 2007 and 2009 and presented a paper titled Enterprise-wide Project Management: The Pre-requisites at the 2005 PMI SCC International Convention.
Cynthia is the Director of Corporate Management with PROMASERV (Project Management Services) a consultancy involved in delivering training for the PMI’s credential examinations for the Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management (PMI-RM) and Schedule Management (PMI-SM). PROMASERV has trained close to 200 individuals for the PMP examination and has maintained a success rate of over 80% at each sitting. She is also involved in the design and delivery of customized project management training for organisations.
